Birthday Gift finds...

Anyone who knows me knows I am all about handmade. Not only is a handmade item totally unique, creating is also sooo good for people and I love the idea of supporting that (I have always felt our ability to be creative as humans makes us more like the Creator and isn't that exciting!?). I snagged these cuties off etsy for Naomi's birthday.
This dress is made from a vintage pillowcase, got it from a shop called sew original and I can't wait until it comes.


These little bobbies were handmade by a really neat lady named Naomi! She has a couple of etsy shops, one with papercrafting items (she's done a large custom order for my kits in the past and they were awesome) and one with cute little accessories, called ornamentals.Not sure whether to wrap these up for Bean, or have her wear them to the party. Probably the second one! I am sooo bad at holding on to gifts. I am trying to weasel a birthday wish list out of Naomi, but every time I ask her she says, "I didn't really think about it yet." or, occasionally, she says she wants the "Jewel of Sparkle." This jewel exists in her imagination, and she described it as a pink stone with purple polka dots and green kitties on it. How I am going to manage to procure one of these is possibly a task too big for even a determined hunter like myself.
